The School fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly installments or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
We request all parents to pay fees of their wards on time. There will be no fine charged if fee is paid till the last day of the month. But a late fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged if payment is not made within the month itself. If fee payment does not take place for two consecutive month, parents may be informed about it with a reminder. The same applies to the Boarding as well.
Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be barred from sitting for an examination and are liable to have their names stuck off the rolls.
Delay in payment of fees may incur the student’s dismissal from school. If the delay exceeds two months the candidate is liable to be sent back home without further notification.
You are requested to make all payments in school counter. Fee book is made available in the school counter. You are asked to deposit the school fees, bus fees and boarding fees of both boys and girls in the school counter.
The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is considered necessary.
SCHOOL BUS SERVICE, if used, has the following charges per month: (see the fee structure) Bus fees cover 11 calender months. Bus fees must be paid before the 18th of every month, failing which a student will not be allowed to avail the bus facility.
